Our Policies On Returns & More

RETURNS POLICY

County Line Suspension accepts eligible returns within 90 days from the original date of purchase.

Returned items must include all original components, hardware, instructions, packaging, and accessories.

Items returned incomplete, damaged, installed, altered, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.

Returns made within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price.

Returns made between 31 and 90 days from the purchase date may be eligible for a refund minus a 10% handling and restocking fee.

Returns will not be accepted after 90 days from the original purchase date.

RETURNS SHIPPING

County Line Suspension may provide a return shipping label for qualifying returns upon request.

Customers located outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, and other international locations, are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.

Original shipping charges, freight fees, handling charges, and special delivery fees may be non-refundable.

REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once County Line Suspension receives and inspects the returned items, approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

RETURNS REQUEST

To begin a return, please submit a return request through County Line Suspension customer support.

Please submit your return request only once. Multiple requests for the same order may delay the return process.

After your request is received, please allow 24 to 48 hours for review.

If approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

NON-COUNTY LINE SUSPENSION PRODUCT RETURNS

Products sold by County Line Suspension but manufactured by another brand, including items such as wheels, tires, accessories, or third-party components, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the product condition and manufacturer requirements.

Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition unless otherwise approved.

DEALER OR RETAIL STORE PURCHASES

Products purchased through an authorized County Line Suspension dealer, installer, or retail location must be returned directly to the original place of purchase.

Dealer and retail purchases are subject to that seller’s return policy, procedures, and approval process.

WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE RETURNS

If you receive a defective item or have been approved for a warranty replacement, County Line Suspension may require the original defective part to be returned.

For approved warranty claims, County Line Suspension may provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.

Do not discard, modify, or attempt to repair any defective product until the warranty claim has been reviewed and instructions have been provided.

RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

County Line Suspension is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, improperly packaged, or shipped without tracking.

For the fastest processing, include your return authorization number, order information, and any requested documentation with your shipment.
