SAME-DAY ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day, provided all items are in stock and payment has been approved.
While we work hard to keep inventory available, certain products may sell out due to high demand.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you with an estimated availability or ship date.
Once your order leaves our facility, standard ground delivery usually takes an additional 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS
County Line Suspension ships orders using trusted parcel and freight carriers, including ground delivery services and truck freight providers when required.
Most standard parts ship by ground service.
Larger suspension systems, lift kits, leaf springs, oversized components, or heavy items may require freight shipping.
Expedited shipping options, such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, may be available on select orders at an additional cost.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
FREE SHIPPING
Qualifying orders of $750.00 or more may be eligible for free standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other international destinations.
Certain oversized or heavyweight products may not qualify for standard free shipping and may require freight delivery.
For freight shipments, free shipping may apply to commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift access.
Residential freight deliveries, liftgate service, or special delivery requirements may result in additional charges.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, County Line Suspension may offer flat-rate ground shipping based on order value.
$10 Shipping — Orders from $0.00 to $99.99
$20 Shipping — Orders from $100.00 to $399.99
$40 Shipping — Orders from $400.00 to $749.99
Orders weighing over 150 pounds may require freight shipping and may be subject to an additional handling or freight service charge.
FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
Some suspension systems and oversized products must ship by truck freight. If your order ships freight, you will be contacted with tracking and delivery information once the shipment is on its way.
For freight deliveries, someone must be available at the delivery address to inspect and sign for the shipment.
Before signing, carefully count all boxes, pallets, or pieces listed on the delivery paperwork.
Do not sign for a freight shipment as complete unless all pieces are present and in good condition.
If anything is missing or damaged, it must be clearly noted on the bill of lading before the driver leaves.
Include details such as missing quantity, damaged item, type of damage, and packaging condition.
Failure to note damage or shortages at the time of delivery may limit our ability to assist with a carrier claim.
DAMAGED PACKAGES, MISSING PARTS
If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing parts, please contact County Line Suspension customer support as soon as possible.
All shipment shortages or packaging errors must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Please keep all original packaging, labels, boxes, pallets, and packing materials until the issue has been resolved.
Do not discard packaging, install damaged parts, or disassemble your vehicle until our support team has reviewed the situation.
For packaging or part identification issues, we may ask for photos, part numbers, order details, and any date or package codes located on the product label.
BACK ORDERS
If part of your order is out of stock, we may ship available items first and place the remaining items on back order unless you request otherwise.
Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they become available.
If a back order remains open for more than 5 business days, we will contact you with an update before shipping.
Additional freight coverage may not apply to back-ordered items unless they are shipping with another qualifying order.
LOST SHIPMENTS
If a package is marked shipped but appears to be lost in transit, County Line Suspension will work with the carrier to begin a package trace or investigation.
Carrier investigations may require several business days to complete.
If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, we will work with you on the next available resolution, which may include replacement shipment or claim processing.
CANADA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars.
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, import fees, or other assessments required by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in County Line Suspension product or shipping prices.
For international customers outside of supported shipping areas, please contact County Line Suspension or an authorized dealer for available purchasing and delivery options.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order has shipped, delivery times may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and freight availability.
County Line Suspension is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist where possible if a shipment issue occurs.
For the fastest resolution, always inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival and report any damage, shortages, or delivery concerns right away.
